Graduating in international relations and diplomacy with a master's degree in business, Silvia has dedicated the last 15 years to the promotion and attraction of FDI in the Free Zones of the Dominican Republic.

Ebell is an industrial engineer with postgraduate studies in development economics and international business. He has 20 years of experience in the fields of trade and investments, providing technical assistance to Free Zone companies, potential investors, government agencies, and NGOs with regard to foreign trade, market access, and industrial and export development policies.

José is a Dominican economist with two master's degrees in economics and services management. He is currently the executive vice-president of the Dominican Association of Free Zones, with more than 20 years of experience working for the DR Free Zones and vast knowledge of Latin American special export regimes. He has been part of the private sector negotiating teams for all free trade agreements signed by the Dominican Republic and actively participates in several local and regional Board of Directors, representing the Dominican Free Zones private sector.
