CDF Park was established in April 1990 under Law 8-90, which governs the Free Zone sector. Since then, the foreign-owned company CdF Domitab, S.A. has operated within the park, with an initial footprint of 25,000 square meters, of which 18,500 square meters consist of industrial buildings dedicated to the storage and processing of raw tobacco.
