Port Río Haina is the main gateway to the United States market, with 14 weekly maritime services, handling 65% of Dominican exports to the United States and 77% of the country’s medical device exports to that market. It also offers a weekly maritime service to Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and connections with more than 40 ports across the Caribbean and international markets.
