Hispaniola Industrial Free Zone Park operates as a strategic hub designed to foster the development and strengthening of companies operating under the free zone regime in the Dominican Republic. The park specializes in hosting operations across diverse industrial sectors, including the manufacturing of hygiene products, home care goods, personal care items, textiles, medical devices, and electronic components, as well as agribusiness services, chemical production, and contact centres.
The organization’s value proposition centers on facilitating the growth of its tenants through technical support and mediation in the resolution of operational or competitive disputes. This approach aims to optimize the efficiency of resident companies, ensuring a collaborative environment that boosts the competitiveness of Dominican exports in international markets.
Currently, the park boasts a robust base of resident companies, most notably Velas Hispaniola, which features a 22,000-square-meter facility and a commercial presence in over 41 countries. Likewise, market leaders such as CLC Dominicana, specializing in labeling solutions for the food and beverage industry operate within the complex. The facility is currently undergoing a significant expansion phase, with the upcoming addition of SIA Dominicana and MOC Martinez Otero Caribe scheduled for 2026.
