The San Francisco de Macorís Industrial Free Zone Park was inaugurated on September 20, 1989, historically consolidating itself as a key productive space in the municipality. This industrial compound offers operational facilities aimed at companies looking to establish themselves under the free trade zone regime, providing leasing options in an environment adequately equipped for manufacturing.
Throughout its trajectory, the complex has maintained the focus of providing the necessary structural conditions for the optimal performance of installed corporations. To this end, it integrates a variety of essential services, surveillance schemes, and government agencies operating directly within its facilities, which facilitates and streamlines the logistical and customs processes of its tenants.
Currently, the park consists of ten industrial buildings, four of which are available for immediate rent to interested companies. Likewise, the compound projects a broad growth potential, allowing future investments to develop custom projects and contribute to the economic dynamism and job generation in the region.
